"Why are you calling me again and again to the court it has been 30 years now I am a grandmother now,please leave me alone" she said.
The starting of this incident emerges when a son of politician in Rajasthan likes a girl who was very pretty ,her dad was the owner of a mill so it was an upper middle class family.A picture was sent to the family of boy ,they took this picture to the photo booth and asked its owner to check whether this girl belongs to one of the girls of Sofia secondary School where 250 girrls were abducted and raped.Every family took the pictures of their brides to this photo booth to check the same before fixing or breaking the relationship.Hundreds of girls were raped but no one raise the voice against it and who wants to raise voice were forced to keep quiet.

Ajmer was considered as a place of blessings and was very famous for religious places .There was a school namely Sofia Secondary School which was considered good for education and still it is there.It was a girls school and obviously there was no coed.Poor and rich family girls were studying there because it focused on education.
In the same school a girl studying in 8th standard met a boy outside the school his name was Farooq Chusthi , after sometime they started meeting a lot after school, it was total clear that Farooq is older than the girl but at this time girl did not care about it.Now their friendship turned into love.One day Farooq Invited this girl to his farm house , but she was not aware about his intentions and then Farooq approached for sex and they did have sex.But in between all this Farooq clicked some pictures of her .Farooq switched totally and said,"these negative pictures are yours and for now I am seeing them but think if these pictures circulate in your neighborhood or school then".
And this was the beginning of the biggest sex scandal of India .Farooq , congress youth party president was the big brain behind this, Nafees Chusthi and Anwar Chusthi are other brains belonging to the same party.
Farooq's family was big and was a political background behind him,his family was famous for threatening, blackmailing,raoes etc.Due to this fear he was the president of the same party.These three persons were the master minds behind this scene.They firsty targetted the Sofai School and college as previously said.As I said they firstly targetted one girl and when she was vulnerable they took and advantage of her.As I previously mentioned that they were promissing every girl to give their pictures back as like this they made a chain with this thing they raped about 250 girls.Sometimes they were calling same girl again and again and raped her many times.Due to this whole thing these girls now shettered and broken and they Started suicide .When the news of these suicidal incidents reached to the nearby areas everyone was thinking about the same that why the suicides are only from the same school not from the other areas.There were reports that maximum of rapists were from political background and others were general workers.One of the worker took these negative pictures to the photo booth and asked for it's development into coloured pictures, then this worker took these pictures and circulated the same in nearby areas fortunately these pictures reached to the parents of theses victims.They didn't raise their voices against the same because they wanted to save their respect and images of their girls.The reasons behind the unpublication of this incident was that the accused persons were from the strong families and no one was ready to mess with them.
Then after a reporter met these pictures he called his colleague and said that we could also blackmail these girls for their sexual desire and his colleague who was a reporter recalled that he is a reporter in a newspaper how he could blackmail these girls.He was the first person who published an article with the pictures of these accused persons unblurred,in May1992.MADAN SINGH (Reporter) was the first person to write about the same incident.He was brutally injured by firing by 3 persons in a van which was following him for half an hour.He screamed a lot on lot after being injured then he was taken to the hospital and in September 1992 he was killed by some persons in hospital and also the guards were also killed who were for his security there.
Out of 250 girls only 32 girls came forward to file a police report against the same persons who were in newspaper article.Onky 12 persons were arrested and 8 persons left the Ajmer and till now they are not arrested.When these accused persons came out of prison they started threatening these girls and their families to take back their complaints.In it's consequence only 2 girls were there who were standing there till last.But finally court stated its decision in 1998 and said that every person who is accused and any other person who will be arrested will be imprisoned for life .Everyone thought that this is the ending of this case.But this was not how it ends.Families were happy but there were other persons who are not happy always.The main accused who was behind this incident Farooq Chisthi was free and courts said that he is not mentally good and he was behaving like a manic in court ,court decleared him mentally unsound and was set free.The three main accused persons FAROOQ, NAFEES, ANWAR, were free and roaming outside and the punishment of the remaining persons in jail were decreased upto 10 years and many of them got the bails one by one.Every one was aware about the same even the judge sitting in the court was aware of the same ,this is our judicial system!
Then after in 2007 Farooq Chisthi was decleared culprit and was sentenced to life imprisonment.But in 2013 , Rajasthan high court said that Farooq has served a lot in jail and then he was set free.This is the ending of this incident.
You could imagine how our judicial system is down for these cases.No one was arrested after 2013 in this incident and still now these families are in Hope of Justice.It is my request that this article should be circulated among our youth because we should be aware of these monsters living in our society.
